WHATS ON NOW
HONEYCOMB is dedicated to the ongoing promotion of Visual Art, culture and education through a series of collectible editions, exhibitions and projects that are accessible and appropriate for todays world. We aim to present art in a way that is inclusive rather than exclusive and can have a positive social impact throughout our communities. We are proud to collaborate with a select group of celebrated artists to engage and inspire both the young, and the young at heart.
HONEYCOMB has worked with the following artists in past projects, and are honored to have them as part of our growing family. Please show support by visiting their sites through the links below.
Honeycomb Arts was founded during 2008 in Buenos AIres. At that time, there was a lack of opportunity for regional artists due to a severe economic crisis that the country was still recovering from. It quickly became our mission to help with this situation while uniting the next generation of young visual talent from the area. Our projects always blurred the line between genres and regularly required cross cultural collaboration. This in turn formed creative bridges and generated wonderful growth for our artists. For many this meant new work partners, foreign representation, a first solo show or a journey abroad. Over the years we presented work in the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. As our group grew, so did our need for a personal venue where we could present projects continuously. The result was HC Showroom, a private exhibition space where our artists work could be displayed in a unique residential setting. This was followed by the opening of Honeycomb Gallery, our public art gallery in Buenos Aires that brought fresh artwork to the community until late 2016. In 2019, after enjoying much success in our beloved Argentina, Honeycomb relocated to Vermont. It is here where we will continue our work.
With a future focus on publishing projects, virtual exhibitions and art for children, we aim to produce accessible projects with a format, and purpose that is relevant in todays world.
